By defeating them, players can gain experience needed to level up and unlock new weapons. To do so, players will use magic and special abilities along with ranged and melee weapons to triumph on the battlefield. “In FINAL FANTASY VII THE FIRST SOLDIER players will embark on an intense battle royale experience where they must fight to be the last SOLDIER standing. The new combat style’s skills include the ability to do a double jump, turn invisible for a limited time, and throw a Kunai and teleport to wherever or whatever it hits.Īside from the Ninja, players can also choose from four other combat styles: the Warrior, Sorcerer, Monk, and Ranger.
The Ninja combat style features a skillset specifically tailored for mobility, stealth, and setting up ambushes.
The announcement was made during the studio’s Tokyo Game Show 2021 presentation this weekend along with the unveiling of the new Ninja combat style and a new gameplay trailer, as well as new information on their other upcoming Final Fantasy game.
